My Public Art Proposal is that some of the empty wall space around the campus could also be taken up with meaningless, fun iamges! I really like the idea of putting images on walls that represent the areas they are in but I also feel it is nice to have some that are just fun to look at too. Oceanside has a lot of people who enjoy surfing and I know they would enjoy this image. It is a simple photo on a simple wall and puts the viewer on the beach for just a moment.
I do like this image and the wall you chose to put it on is great. I do feel its a fun picture to look at and very calming. -Susan Pastoriza
